This image has been desaturated and highly contrasted. I like the style of the image as it is this way.
The image still holds a lot of detail up close.
This image is taken using a Canon 20D at ISO 100
I have not used any noise reduction on this image. I develop all of my pictures in Phase One (Capture One Pro) with a sharpening setting of 55 which is low but still reveals a lot of detail without over filtering or degenerating the image quality
I have used natural light from a window in this shot.
In this series of pictures I have done my very best to produce something that is extremely sharp and detailed.
I have used prime lenses only, a tripod and a very patient model. :)
