| Credit Purchase |
| Credit packages may be refunded, under specific circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used any of the purchased credits, and must notify support in writing within 24 hours of the purchase. Please note that individual credits are non-refundable. |
| Subscriptions |
| Subscriptions may be refunded, under specific circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used your subscription (i.e.
downloaded any photos), and must notify support
in writing within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that members are responsible
for canceling their subscriptions when desired. In the case of refunded a renewal, you must still notify support within 24 hours of the renewal purchase. |
